My work is trying to get a new Thermal Printer. we have ordered a Kodak 8660, but it was refurbished, and now we are going through "hell" with Kodak support and the company we got it from.

We are thinking about getting a different model. What similar printers are out there that are quality/pricewise comparable to the 8660? Do you guys have suggestions? It does not have to be Mac compatible, since the Thermal Printer is being run off of a PC.
