I kind of have a cold and my gf is working, so I don't feel like going to too much trouble for myself. In-N-Out and Bratwursts don't sound too good. Vienna schnitzel is too much work and I might not have the taste for it.
Stir frying seems to be the best choice tonight, so I'm thinking some kind of mandarin chicken, beef, or ahi on spinach with veggies and some fruit or something along those lines. Anyone else have any good light, easy, tasty, healthy-ish ideas or just cooking something good for dinner?
I'll decide for sure when I get to the store, but I'm just curious what's in your kitchen.

Well, the live bait store was closed, so no garlic crickets tonight. After that, I went straight to the butcher section. The seafood selection in Northern Arizona isn't too good. No brownish ahi for me.
So I guess it's going to be spicy ginger chicken with pea pods, enoki mushrooms, and water chestnuts. Throw some mango and papaya in at the end and served over sticky rice. Hope it works out, I've never cooked mango and papaya in a wok before. If it tastes and looks good, I'll take a pic and put it on later.
Thanks for the ideas, but I like fried chicken stew better than chicken noodle soup; and my head hurt too much to try to remember all the ingredients I throw in there.

Beer, and lots of it. By some point the cold will be the least of your problems.

What about safety chicken? Not as spicy, but still pretty good.
