I hate azureus, its so clunky and slow. tomato is sleek and easy, and I dont mind the extra windows.

A) Captain N, The Game Master

B) It's Tomato Torrent, found here.

I'm not sure if I've tried Azureus. Is that the clunky-ass slow Java-based one? I don't remember now. Tomato Torrent gets the job done for me.

Sorry, dude, I just roxor. No, this torrent has something like 12 seeders, and quite a few peers. I'm steady between 100-130K/sec. This is a rare event for me. At least I have something to watch tonight. 2.5 hours and counting!

Yes, but not "clunky-ass slow" with my experience from it.

Azureus, the one with the frog icon. Meh, it was OK. I didn't like the interface much. Wasn't that slow—about as slow as you would expect most Java apps to be anyway. I'll stick with TT since I don't download much stuff and don't need a big management window.

And screw you and your 471K/sec.

the "official" mac bittorrent client (aptly named "Bittorent) is faster than Tomato (for me atleast).

btw, are you on a college connection or dsl or cable or something?

Azureus is great, except for the fact that it causes dual processor G5s to kernel panic (it's Apple's fault. Damn java implementation...)

I'm on Earthlink DSL. I seem to cap off around 250-300K/sec. For whatever reason, my DSL got faster about a month and a half ago. I used to cap off at 150K/sec. I guess they sped me up some. Yay. And my upload got faster (35-40-ish K/sec as opposed to 12).

And, Weezer, you cap off 800K/sec? G-g-g-g-god damn, that's a fat pipe!

man, i hate everyone. my upload rate seems to cap at like, 45 K/sec, and at that i can't download a damn thing. internet just stops working. my download rate in bittorrent is at like 10 K/sec then, but i can't get to any websites. damn bright house/road runner.

Please direct me to where Nintendo is selling a Captain N DVD collection. I will buy it.

Discontinued, one-season-long '80s cartoons like Captain N: Bane of the MPAA.

I only watched a few of the episodes. Quality was really terrible. Ah well. I had forgotten how cheesy they were. Kid Icarus sounds like he's from Bawwwwhston, and Mega Man sounds like gruff little drunk guy. Simon Belmont, of course, is the narcissist obsessed with himself and the princess. Mother Brain is a big angry black woman. And they refer to Mother Brain's world or planet as "Metroid," which is not right, I think. Maybe they mean it in the sense of the game world. Yeah, it's not something I should lose sleep over.

It was cool. Made want to see the old Mario shows (the part-live action ones) and the Super Mario shows (where they're in the Dinosaur land from the SNES Mario).

They should totally make a DVD.

I had the same problem till a few days ago. I made my computer the DMZ (none of the port forwarding options were working consistently) and then I switched from the official client to Azerues and now torrents fly.
