she should have know they would check her if the folks in front of her were getting the same thing done.
I flew about 20 times last year and only once was one of my flights rerouted through a clear box-like thing and everyone checked.

I think this counts as a violation of the woman's 4th amdenment right:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
This is of course, open to interpretation by the judge, but I think it qualifies as unreasonable.
