He could REALLY use a shave. Presentation is one of the very important things in business (apple will prove this easily), and looking grungy is not a way to do that

Glad to see him back at the helm though. It'll be more fun when I take it over in 2035.

I think it's part of his charm as the CEO of an ultra hip company(s).

its long enough so it doesnt look "grungy." maybe if he hadn't shaved for like, 2 days it would look "grungy" but with it long it atleast looks kinda clean.

ps: perhaps he's growing the beard out to transfuse that hair onto his head?
