The michigan state paper has inane articles, such as:
A girl snuck somebody in the cafeteria for free food. She actually got arrested and they couldn't find the other girl, blah, blah, blah. Then it said: "The cafeteria menu featured broasted chicken breast, mixed vegetables, and peach cobbler with berry sauce."
She must have wanted that berry sauce really bad.
There was also a recent one where somebody stole pizzas from a dorm. They wasted the space on the page to mention that "there were undisclosed toppings."

Reminds me of this free newspaper I check every now and then. The zip code crime watch things are pretty funny, not as good as the ones listed here though.

BTW, the campus changed. They just got the new Music Hall and now working on a new SUB. Holmes is history.
