WTF are people thinking?
It's dropped a bit now, but it's still at US$173. This stock is gonna be good for the people who like volatility, but d@mn, the current stock price is just absurd. The market cap is almost 50 billion bux at these prices.

Damn, wish I would have purchased some on the first day! There's no way it can sustain that price, besides advertising revenue how does google really make money?
I predict it will be high for a while, then tank like amazon did years back. They won't go out of business, because this is google we are talking about.

Woohoo! The economy is doing great. I wish I could get some of my revenue from Google in the form of stock options. How cool would that be?

So despite the 2004 low for the Dow today, Google gained 15%, up 23 from the day before. It closed at around $172 ($173.50 after hours) and P/E is 207.
Crazy. Maybe if it does hit $250, it's time to short?
The employees must be totally freaking out. Even just 1000 stock options are worth a small fortune.
