It's been a while since I've been where you are (you learn after a while - though I'll admit that it's a hard lesson to learn for some).
Anyway, how about you go outside and do something. Feed the ducks, watch a movie, go play some sort of sport, just do something other than sit still and think about her.
Keep yourself busy, that's the key.

I've been dealing with this issue, myself. It sneaks up on me, though, whenever I'm bored or in class, et. al.
The best advice is to talk to someone about it, or go out and do something social. Going out and feeding ducks, etc., just lets your mind focus on it while your hands are busy. Talking to someone will get your mind active and help you express your feelings.
