I wrote this song back when the All Your Base phenomenon was going on, but I chickened out and didn't post it because, well, the production (and my singing) is a bit embarassing. But I don't really care now, and I feel selfish keeping this to myself. Please don't tell me the AYB phenom has run its course. That translation is timeless, and when set to a smooth ballad, it takes on a new life.

With that said, please give your ears the sweet, sweet ear candy they don't want to admit they want: All Your Base, The Ballad

:retch:

it's bad enough as techno... but a ballad is painful. Good effort tho

Don't try to outweird me, I get stranger things than you free with my breakfast cereal.

Hmmm. The tongue-in-cheek-ness seems to be lost on the MacNN crowd so far.

It deserved a song, although it won't be finding a home in my iTunes.

Now that the link finally works, I can say that it is only tolerable for about 5 seconds.

Good on ya. It is much more enjoyable to make things then it is to bitch about the things people make.
