I was in Monterrey recently. We got side mirror totally ripped off of our rental van, went to the "used parts' area of the city. Asked the guy if he had a mirror for us, he told us to return in 30 minutes and he would have it. I hate the way it works down there, some other van just like ours is missing their mirror now too. I got mine though!

70+ cd's... that's just horrible.

I had my car stereo stolen a few years back. I didn't mind too much about the stereo, I was a student at the time = crap car/crap stereo+1 tape... but they left the door open, actually swinging open. Disrespectful bastards.

You do have to admire their efficiency.

That's sucks... I never left my iPod alone in the car... I carried it around even I just grabbed a cup of joe. My primary car doesn't have a CD player..

My place is pretty safe.. so I didn't hear anything like that here.
