No, you can't get pregnant from a handshake. And besides, you're a man so it's unlikely anyway. Just relax, I'm sure the bloating will go down in time. Probably just something you ate.

However if this is a specific question that you're asking about, well you might as well try so we can both see if you can ask said question.
