I'd get it except for that it's unabridged. That sucks just having a whole 7 hour block of audio, I might just get the book instead.

Also, I know that on the 4th Gen. iPod's they software on them allows it to play audiobooks faster to take up less time. Is there a way to get this software or software like this on a 3rd Gen. iPod? It would be really helpful for this 7+ hour George Carlin book and many others that just take to long. Anyone know?

The speed-up function isn't that great. For a fast talker like Carlin, you wouldn't really want to speed him up. Now, for Stephen Hawking, it works really well.
Besides, for Carlin's stuff, you can listen to a little bit at a time. You don't have to listen to the whole thing at once, in case you have ADD.

Did you mean Stephen Wright, or were you really talking about the black-hole guy? Just curious, cause it would make sense either way.

I meant Stephen Hawking, though I guess it wouldn't hurt for Steven Wright. And that's probably the only time in history that those two have ever been confused for one another.

OK, think long and hard about a robot voice....

Make it say some random stuff......

Now make it say "I'm gonna get a tattoo that covers my entire body of me, but taller...."

Hilarity, no?
