So in the throes of my impending separation (it's complicated), I've rigged a drink. 3/4 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey, 1 oz. Rumplemintze peppermint schnapps (from the freezer), 2 oz. irish cream, 4 cubes of ice. It's pretty good! I'm gonna go git me one.
Do you want forgiveness or respect?

I think that drink is called a "dirty girl scout".

OOPS! Google is your friend.

This is: (they are good!)

Dirty Girl Scout

Ingredients:
1 oz White Creme de Menthe
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz Bailey's irish cream
Mixing instructions:
Mix the vodka, Kahlua and Bailey's and pour over ice. Pour the Creme de menthe down the center of the glass. Looks gross, but tastes delicious!

I went through a drink book and looked at everything that had Rumplemintze. Then I fabricated my own from what I learned. I'll have to try a dirty girl scout sometime. But replace the Creme de Menth with Rumplemintze and it becomes a Butch Lesbian Girlscout. Oh yeaaaahhhhh.
