A few issues ago, Wired magazine published an article about an island kingdom in the South Pacific that was trying to become an internet center for the whole region... does anyone remember what island it was, or maybe what issue of the magazine it was in?

How many of us can actually name off a large number of tinny pacific island nations? (Note: Japan, Australia, and New Zeland do not count. And it also depends on if you count Tiwan as being part of China or not. Also, I can't spell worth sh**)
