Looked like just another terrible, crappy reality show.

...so I watched 'The Biggest Loser' on NBC instead

I don't even watch TV, but the wife was watching it and it was a pretty good show.

Nah, you wouldn't want those two egos in one room - could be a disaster! Least of all 'calibrating'!

I don't get that 'calibrate' joke.
I could take Sean Connery in a fight... I could definitely take him.

You serious?

'calibrate' = adjusting two things to show equal results (for example: color on monitor same as on print)

Jobs & Branson calibrate = same ideas that result in a geeky future product

Narh. I wouldn't work for him if you paid me.
A few years back a friend did some work on his house and it took more than a little while to get paid for the job - ended up having to get lawyers threatening him. Nothing wrong with the work, just Branson doesn't like putting hand in pocket.

missing to make what? The show advertises his ownership of virgin, as the company up for grabs, and thusly your comment would only prove even more of what a hoax this all is. C'mon people all of the reality tv shows these days are about upset, and lies, in the end everyone gets fooled, the viewers love that ****.

Yes, exactly: sense.

I've since googled the show, but I don't really watch television, let alone US television.

Clue, just from watching the intro to the official Fox website:

"Virgin CompanieS"

Those big flying things with the "Virgin" logo on the fin are probably not run by a record company that also makes soft drinks.

The best thing Branson has ever done is to publish Mike Oldfield

Oh I dunno... There was a few weeks back in '98 when his face wasn't on the TV every three minutes. That was pretty good.
