Ok, I've been sketching out this picture I've wanted to make for about a month. Here is a sketch in Photoshop of what everything will look like proportionally. Basically, it's a sloppy outline of the picture. I'll probably take the pen tool and go over it with smoother lines to create the real shapes a little later.
That's what I have roughed out so far. I really need something to break up the white space in the middle though before I start making shapes. Can someone like demograph help me out with this here?
This is also a WIP logo I threw together. I need some help with this on, too. Any suggestions?

I would give Jesus a nose.
But that's just me.
Otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing. Rock on!
Hey I bought a tablet yesterday. I should try this. Would Jesus like bungee-jumping, you think? I'll bet he would.
But the robes would have to go. Pants are more sensible IMHO.

Eyes are hard to make, but noses are a bitch! I can never draw em right.
I'm not sure about bungee-jumping. Maybe a good angle would make it look right, but I think I should stick with something basic.
I think I really need to break up that big ol white space with something.
I was thinking about a door, but the dimensions of the room are too narrow for a door to be placed correctly.
Also, I think I need some help on shading the little picture. I'm pretty new to it. Do you have any examples of some good cel/cartoon work?
Or maybe I could try to make this realistic. Hmm…

A tiny boombox? How about a super large 1000 watt stereo system floating on clouds. Jesus needs a beard too.

read a story about this maneuver. a bunch of school kids all flashed the hand sign just as their school photo was taken. got into lots of trouble.
i can't remember all the names, but the one that i do remember was 'going to town with one in the brown'

Hmm…clouds.
I'm not exactly sure how to draw one o thems. I still want most of the stereo to be in view. Care to give a little sketch?
I'm not sure about clouds though. I still like having the animals all raising the horns with Jesus, and that'd be pretty hard to do on clouds.
I'm also having a problem. Should Jesus' hair look like this"
or this:
I still need some help on the actual cartoon making. But then again, I could make it a little realistic, but that'd take too much time. The last real stuff I made was:
Daddy!
Random GUI Stuff
The Original Purple Heart Ketchup
MacNN Idols
South Park Award
