i was approached by a guy from this company and had a meeting with him. It seemed a lot like a pyramid scheme so i did some research with the Better Business Bureau. It turns out they have a poor track record but they've been getting better. I was told i could make over 600000 a year, although temptine, it is of course very suspicious. I was wondering if anyone has had a run in or any experience with this company. I am not holding out any hope for success with this, I am just curious about the company. If you don't know, they sell communication services like phone and internet plans. You need to recruit more employees who also sell and they recruit and so on and so forth. It isn't illegal since it's been around for years and is known by the government but its still shady. Let me know.

I knew of a person who did some stuff for them and it didn't make him rich. I think he did manage to get some bonus points out of selling for them but nothing big. Like they say, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.

I worked with a guy that did that on the side and it seemed like it was never what it was cracked up to be. It seems like their services aren't that great.

it's just another name for Amway. Just like Quixtar, Vector, any of the other MLMs, you ARE selling a legit product (although arguably sub-standard or at best average) so it may be technically legal but success is also solely dependent on how many people you get working under you. There's also a pretty hefty up-front fee and the compensation structures are definitely geared away from you actually being able to qualify for any of the rewards you're promised when you sign up.

there ARE some people who do really well at that sort of business, it's a very certain personality type, but if you arent one of them and don't have the desire to put immense amounts of work into whats basically a lifestyle job then it's not for you. If you're the sort that doesnt mind hitting up people at coffeeshops, grocery stores, gas pumps, basically seeing everyone you come into daily contact with as a potential employee, then ya might do well.

oh, yeah, sorry to resurrect this but I forgot the best part. Not only have they just filed bankruptcy with like $500 mil in debt but ALSO the bankruptcy judge ruled that not only do the new owners (recently sold) not have to rehire the existing reps, the company also does NOT have to pay about three months of outstanding employee comissions. It's also very possible, under a somewhat obscure portion of bankruptcy law, that employees who HAVE been paid within the last few months will be required to give that money BACK to the company...even tho they earned it...

so, um, yeah. avoid em.
