Will all the games/manuals be soley Japanese? or do japanese games come out in English/have a language selection box?

Even thought the games will be region free I would think the instructions and games would only be in Japanese.

Don't do it. The only game that's even worth considering to be released prior to US launch will be Metal Gear Acid, which will be in Japanese. If you feel that you must get one, wait for the US release.
