A: Yes all children under the age of 16 must accompany there parents or legal guardian.

Yeah, funny huh. It was from a site offering "24 hour passports" and such. Not a .gov.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I recently renewed my passport, and there's a whole crapload of sites on the net which attempt to make themselves out to be the "real thing".

Anything those sites offer can be done cheaper and better by going direct to the source yourself. They're ripoff/scam sites IMO.
