Nice article! Wired was spot on with some of those suggestions.

On a related note, can anyone remember the link to the website with all the Michael Dell quotes? I think it was called Apple is Dead or something? I've lost my bookmark....

C|Net and the San Jose Mercury News were the two worse culprits in the "Apple is dead" predictions. I think they both had at least 2 or 3 stories a week about Apple going out of business any second now. Sell all your stock!

Hehehe. I'm gonna grab some Mercury News articles. Kinda old, but I hope they have them online by now. Could jump that ticker about 10 more times.

Apple is dying because their stock is going too high and it will suffer a burst and not survive.

Nobody can argue that this stuck is unnaturally high. A $100 estimate soon? This thing is going to slide down within a couple months. It's basically a mini-bubble.

But Apple will still be around.

[I wish I bought those 5 shares of Apple stock back in March for $20. ]
