microsoft is providing a product that has many flaws, thats where the lemon law comes in.

i would if i could get a lawyer to work on a continency basis and be sure that microsoft didn't countersue. so the question is would any lawyer dare.

Hey, we're talking US of A here... I say there's definitely at least one lawyer out there desperately looking for work, and willing to do it.
