I just want to bring this up again:

WHEN THE IPOD FIRST CAME OUT, THIS FORUM WAS LIKE "THE IPOD IS GOING TO BE THE BIGGEST BOMB EVAR AND THE WHOLE CONCEPT IS STUPID"

I don't know if Apple could sue em. And by suing em Apple adds credence to em admitting they're pretty good.

Yeah, I was one of the ones that made that proclaimation and since then I've owned 4 iPods and cannot imagine myself living without one now.

Their graphical interfaces look very different from the iPod. Now the scroll wheel thing, Apple might be able to go after them for using that.

I don't think Apple will sue them. It doesn't look as if you navigate by oving your thumb in a circle. The function of the wheel is the advantage, not the shape of it.

iPods are kind of like cell phones or Tivo. I never "needed" one until I got one. Now I can't imagine life without it. :-)
