Hi guys,
I want to take advantage of the developer student discount now that I'll get my degree in less than a year. The membership will cost me $99 but I recall that in some cases you could get a huge price reduction as a developer.
Right now, I'm seriously considering to get the G5 iMac 20" (250 GB HD, bluetooth inside, airport express card) plus the airport express base for a total $2094 (that would be regular educational price). I can not find the store prices in the developer page, does anybody have the store link, so I can figure out if this is a good idea?
I'll order at the end of this coming week..
Thanks a bunch.

I did this this same time last year (membership expires dec 11) and bought a dual 2 gig g5, maxed out, with all the fixin's.
here's the link to the store:
http://store.apple.com/AppleStore/We...ADC?qprm=38839
Just keep this in mind: Go big or go home. This is a once-in-a-lifetime discount. Make sure you put it to good use.
Cheers,
Kris

Thanks so much for such a fast response, however the link does not work.
I agree I have to go big to really take advantage of the deal.

Just checked and you're 100% right. in order to make this a great opportunity I rather get the best system/screen and a bunch of software. However, I still have a very limited budget, a pity
Thanks guys, you got me the info in just a few minutes.
