Warning to Travelers in France - Police may slip explosives in your luggage

Yesterday, French police slipped plastic explosives into a strangers bag as a training exercise for the sniffer dogs. Of course the dogs didn't find the explosives and now the police do not know where or who has the explosives.
Could you imagine arriving at your destination and customs finds plastic explosives in your luggage that you didn't know about?
