Haha, this one is damn funny.
I suppose crime doesn't pay if anybody cherises their penis. Some idiot burglar got bit in his ding dong and nuts when a police dog went after the violent lowlife.
The man suffered a severed testicle and a lacerated penis. He is still unidentified because he had no identification with him at the time of the attack.

It doesn't say what kind of meds. Aren't those people supposed to be locked up or something ? If somebody is loony enough that they turn into violent criminals just because they're "off their meds", then those people are a threat to themselves and to society. They should be locked up for good.

Yes it was his stealth outfit. Wearing no clothes makes it possible to make no sound, pretty smart if you think about it  . But I would prefer wearing something really thight if I was him.
