If they never watched, heard, or seen even one advertisment. How would they differ from the average dude who takes in thousands and thousands of ads in a "normal" lifetime?

but since advertising is not usually lethal, they would adapt quite quick

longer attention span possibly, more apt to evaluate what they want based on specs rather than flash...
