I just visited Mac OS Rumors for the first time in a couple years and take a look at any of their pages on current "rumors". I count a total of 7 banner ads (3 of them flash too) and 1 google adword. Looks like MOSR is desperate for money. Does anyone have a rough estimate how much they make per page view with 8 advertisments on each page? All the banner ads make Safari choke on my poor lombard

They're no more or less accurate than the other rumor sites. Haven't figured out what why you guys hold so much against them.

False!

The only time MOSR is somewhat correct is when they re-create a rumor from another site a few days after the other site posted the news.

Because other rumour sites get rumours filter through them and post the ones that are most plausible. MOSR makes up lies like "Apple set up a secure video conference with MOSR to demonstrate upcoming technologies". How can they keep a straight face?

Not to mention every month is another excuse as to why the site hasn't been updates in a month or emails replied to.
