Starting with a simple breakfast, I eat many small meals throughout the day, so for me it's easier to skip lunch. For most folks, however, it's probably easier to skip breakfast since they probably only do 2-4 meals per day.

Truthfully, I tend to eat breakfast and lunch and pass on dinner.

I've been using this name since 1999.

I've found that eating dinner can cause fatness if you're lazy at night.

I just snack. Meals are highly overrated.

Yep, you can eat much more if you pace yourself.

I skip breakfast, I'm not hungry in the mornings.

I'm not sure which is easier to skip. Probably about the same - breakfast requires effort early in the morning, while lunch requires effort either the night before or early in the morning. On the other hand, you can always do the expensive cop-out and buy lunch instead of making it at home.

I generally regret skipping breakfast more than I regret skipping lunch. I am usually done with my day early enough that I can put up with the hunger until I get home.

I tend not to skip any meals. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So my choice is lunch.

Lunch. If you skip breakfast, you won't have eaten anything for about 18 hours.
