Wasn't the FBI and CIA looking for people that spoke Arabic.

What's the real reason here?

Anyway, good luck.

Have you tried one of the colleges or universities with a good Middle Eastern or Near Eastern Studies department or language school? UC/Berkeley, UMichigan, UOhio, NYU, Middlebury College, someplace like that? Maybe somebody who's been heavily recruited by the FBI or CIA but who doesn't care to do that kind of work.

My Arabic is too rudimentary and rusty to be of much use to you. On the other hand, if you need a Hebrew translation....

Look up a gentleman named Thomas Milo; I met him in 2003 at ATypI when he was presentating his software that typesets Islamic Calligraphy. His company is called DecoType and is involved with the Unicode Consortium, I bet they would be able to help, or perhaps know where to look.

Good luck.
Yose.
Give me ambiguity or give me something else.
