Reading some reviews of DELL I noticed quite a few dissatisfied responses,

Just goes to show that a lot of commercials can sell any kinda product unless the consumer cares enough to do a little research.

Crucial seems to be getting rave reviews also:

Apple could do much better too, I had to chuckle at the poor guy who was talked into giving his credit card number on line so he could find out how much the tax was on a particular Apple laptop, but the next thing he knew he was the reluctant owner of a new Powerbook!
