Assasins was a fairly crappy movie from 1995, starring Antonio Banderas, Sly Stallone, and Julianne Moore. They all used older Mac laptops for communication, looks like PB 1400s or 3400s. I'm curious about the interface they showed. I have always assumed it was hollywood bs crapola, but I'm wondering if perhaps is was a skin for OS 8. Anybody have info on the screens they showed on the laptops?

5x0 series.

I think a 540c.

The studio hired/hires people to make fake interfaces for movies.

Yep, there's people in hollywood who do nothing but make fake Os's. Sounds like a cool job, though I have to admit a lot of those Os's are so fake looking and not very realistic.
