I sold my XBOX on eBay and the person who bought it says it isn't working. I'm guessing I left it set to widescreen at 1080i and he is hooking it up to a normal TV. How can I tell him to reset it so that he can see it on his 4:3 TV? Thanks.

Thanks for the link. Guy is now claiming he payed $80 for repairs on it today. Its been three weeks since he received it and he posted positive feedback saying it worked. Now he wants money back for what he had to pay for repairs. I smell a scam.
