Don't need/want a wireless mouse/keyboard since I use a Powerbook. Don't have a Bluetooth PDA.

Even with a PB, an external wireless is nice. And if you have a bt-enabled cell phone, there's plenty you can do.
If not, sell it and pocket the money (though it won't be much).
