Some idiot in NYC hits a woman with his car. He runs away to the roof of a nearby apartment building. The cops come. The wannabe spiderman idiot tries to climb down building.
Wooops. The idiot falls. The moron must've been watching too much bad CGI in Spiderman II or something.
