What's the best book to start learning C on the Mac? I have my old K&R book that my dad gave me like... 10 years ago. I took some classes in college but I've just flat out forgotten everything, figure I should just start from scratch again.

Any book that assumes I know absolutely nothing about C or C++, but also doesn't assume I'm only using Windows.

My friend suggested O'Reilly's Learn Cocoa 2nd Edition if I'm going to go ahead and start programming for OS X. I'm afraid it'll assume I already know C or C++.
