That movie was stupid. It had its moments but really, overall was not very funny. And I saw it just under a week ago. However, I don't remember the joke you are talking about.

I was so stoned last night and maybe that's why I thought it was one of the funniest/"cleverest" movie ever made...
The retarded guy is SOOO funny.. overall it's a very good movie idea... the news and stuff... ferrel is a god... there are 219837392 funny jokes... it's not like, your average idiotic humor movie...
 one of the funniest movie I've seen

I thought that this was one of the worst movies I've ever tried to watch. (If not THE worst.)
Seriously ... this may be the only film that I've ever turned off after only 30 minutes. Maybe it got better ... I have no idea.
