This is an italian recipe for a dish called paglia e fieno, if anyone could contextually translate it for me as best as possible i'd be greatful.

Preparazione - Preparations

4. Passate il tutto brevemente sotto il grill e fate gratinare

please mind and spelling errors.

THANKS AGAIN !!

The obvious ones are:
asparagi = asparagus (plural)
broccoletti - broccoli (plural)
a questo punto = at this point
formaggio = cheese

Sorry if this doesnt help that much... I don't have much Italian (studying at school.) Is it possible that this is in a dialect?

Preparation - Preparations

1, Lessate separately the asparagi, pisellini and the
broccoletti. It drains them to you and it leaves them sgrondare well
in order.

2. To part while tritate the onion and rosolatela in little oil w
butter not iniziera end when. To this point you add the pisellini, the
punt of asparagi and the broccoletti, at this point very sgocciolati,
and fairies to insaporire the all a lot dolecemente, therefore you
extinguish the fire.

3, Lessate the tagliatella to the tooth. It drains them to you and
rigiratele in the container of the condimento, therefore dividetele in
four plates from furnace and you cover every portions with a quarter
of the bechamel, which you will have stirred the tuorl, one aims of
moscata walnut and the cheese

4, Passages all shortly under grill and the fairies to
gratinare

Hmm. I speak Italian, but not well enough, I guess. I would guess:

1. Boil seperately the asparagus, peas and brocolli. drain them and let them dry well.

2. Slice the onion and cook it in a bit of oil or butter until it's golden? At this point add the peas, the asparagus tips and the broccoli (now fully dried). Stir a bit to infuse the flalvor and turn off the heat.

3. Boil the tagliatella al dente. Drain and mix them in the pan or pot with the condiment (ie the onions, apsaragus, etc). Divide into 4 oven dishes and cover the portions with a quart of bechamel sauce in which you'll have mixed the tuorl(?) a bit of nutmeg and the cheese.

4. Put the dishes under the grill (broiler?) and grill till golden brown (gratinare).

Voila, I did my best.
