I still can't believe it, really. My buddy and I decided to go to a nightclub last night and see what we could find. Many many drinks later, we're outside having a smoke and all of a sudden this group of guys came barreling towards us in some kind of human hurricane. The next thing I remember is being involved in the fight somehow... then I was on the ground being handcuffed.

They let me go a short while later under the charge of "Caused disturbance by fighting." Anyways, it was indeed quite an experience for someone who's never been arrested before.

By the way... handcuffs really chafe!

Yeah, they're none too pleasant.
I got mixed up in an unprovoked "altercation" a while back and, in defending myself, got arrested also.

Oh, all I wanted to do was get laid. Instead I got arrested. I guess I'm going to have to call up the family lawyer to this can be sorted out. My court date is later on next month, so I've got some time. Does anybody have any suggestions?

It's really nice here where we live.

You need a vacation after that terrible experience.

Sue the cops and demand adjutication witheld because your record now reflects an arrest - which might affect employment opportunities for the rest of your life.

Sebastian Inlet is awesome.

We have friends there who live on Orchid Island.

Sebastian is truly an amazing place. The water is exceptionally warm there and when the tide goes out and you can explore the tidal pool areas, it's wonderful. I love to visit up there at this time of the year. I make sure I stop by Hale's Groves for fresh Indian River citrus. Melbourne's Indialantic area is great for windsurfing...they should definitely put up a cam there on the intracoastal.

Completely cover it in transparent silicone!
Or put it in a clear box and drill a hole for the cable... and silicon that up. Hmmm... what else could be done underwater with computer parts??

they have no legal right to ask that. if they give you a hard time, send the ACLU at them.

asking about a conviction, that's ok, but to ask if you were arrested is no good.

The only way I could tell is by looking at the IP and, yep, I can only do that in the forums I mod. Either way, it'd be a pain to start comparing IPs manually to figure it out...
