I wanted a Sony 55" widescreen TV.
I saw that Clubmac had the set on sale for $2525.25.
It said free shipping for Clearance Items too!
I saw they would ship via FEDEX overnight, So I thought I'd actually GET MY TV by the end of the year.
I ordered it Dec 30.
paid for FEDEX OVERNIGHT.
DIDN'T COME.
I called them Jan 2.
They said "Oh we don't ship 'em by FEDEX anymore" !!!!!
So WHY advertise that they could??
NOT EVEN a disclaimer under the item when looking at it on the Sony TV Pages.
NO DISCLAIMER at checkout either!
I DID get a call first thing Wednesday morning
from the money takers about a detail on my credit card.
It was supposed to be shipped by Wednesday from the east coast warehouse in Ky.
So far,
NO details about WHO is delivering the TV from the link they gave me,
NO tracking info,
and NO E-MAIL from them with any details.
They did say "Shipping Method SM69" I wonder what THAT means??
TODAY (SUNDAY Jan 9) I see on the PCMALL site
- also owned by them -
that they are out of stock on the TV's! What were they shipping to me?
Has anyone else here had similar problems with them??
