What can you say you would buy immediately following the keynote on Tuesday? I would buy a $500 Mac and a $150 flash iPod right away.

maybe that garageband thing, if it did anything useful (like allowed 2 simultaneous inputs), and the new garageband software.
So is it CONFIRMED that there will be no live stream?

if the ipod flash has am and fm built in, and good battery life, i'll make some cuts to get my hands on one. my radio player is battered. i could use a mini. If it takes triple a batteries i wouldnt mind. i have a ton of rechargeable ones. i would always have juice for it. i wouldnt use it for it's mp3 capability .. mainlyu for radio with mp3 for songs or recorded programs that i am dying to hear.

I would put my money on a dual-core version of the G4 ... I hope. I would like to see a G5 PB though, according to MacRumors' Buyer's Guide, a PB revision is 100 days overdue (avg. = 171 days), so, here's to hoping.

The question should be what will be available after the keynote and not three months down the road.

If they release a PowerBook G5, I'd buy it right away
I'd be tempted if they release a headless iMac …_but I think I would prefer to wait. If it would have a G5 (ok, dream on), I'd buy it.

I'll buy either a mini iPod or the flash iPod for my sister.
If I could afford it I would like to get a headless iMac for my parents to use so I could stop being their windows tech support, but I don't have the cash right now.
Edit: And maybe Apple's Office suite if it's real, available and the price is right.

Definitely will get an iPod Flash. I desperately need to find a replacement for my iPod when I go running, I'm tired of it crapping out on me.
The Apple Office suite would be nice to play with, especially if I can get it with an education discount.
I just don't have $500 to blow on a new iMac, but I like the concept, and if I come up with some disposable funds, it might be a nice thing to get.

I find it quite unlikely that there would be a dual-core G4 PB right before the release of a G5 PB

I sooo hope it has AM/FM. Astros games are on an AM station locally, and that would be the main thing I would use it for outside of my other music.

Definitely planning on getting the headless iMac: one for me and one for my parents, assuming it's real.
It's something that would suit my parents down to the ground - they already have a bunch of monitors lying around, and it's purely the price point (and the fact they don't need another monitor) that is stopping them from going Mac.
It means I might actually get to have a go on my iBook next time I visit them, if they get one...

Tigger! I'll get that puppy (kitty? kitty...) right after the keynote. I might get a ~$100 iPod with some decent storage capacity, too, but I'll wait to get this after the rush "dies down."

I'll be honest, I'm a little excited about the possibility of the iPod flash.
I've just never felt like I needed an regular iPod or iPod mini. and $250 was a bit out of my price range for a "gadget" especially when I really don't listen to that much music... But if they could get it in the $149 range, that's well in my impulse zone.
NOTE: I'm not saying the iPod or iPod mini aren't great products... just that they don't fit my budget to usage equation. I know many people where the iPod would be invaluable.

But I'd like a iPhone, and maybe a iPod flash for the gym.
