How confident would anyone be purchasing a USAirways ticket for July or August?

USAir has had some great deals lately and would like to take advantage of the pricing.

Thoughts? or is it just a really bad idea.

Also, what is going to happen long term to USAir? Will it succeed it becoming a low cost carrier thru breaking its union contracts/extracting concessions from its employees or will it just shut down and be sold off?


I fly USAir all the time (they have a great NYC hub at LaGuardia..nicest I have seen) and will miss it sorely if it does go.
