I tried searching, no one has said here. Since there's no feed, none of the news sites say. The program from MWSF takes about an hour to download (for 68kb!)! Anyone know?

Jobs' keynote, not Job's. 9am California time, for 90 minutes.

Quite right on the possessive. Maybe a Freudian slip of the keyboard. Thanks for the info.

No worries. With the keynote nearing, I'm sure people are losing basic motor functions.

Yes, but not until the evening. Like 6 hours after the keynote ends.

No I mean live, as in when its actually happening. They use to feed all the keynotes live on the Apple site. Im just wondering why there is a 6 hour delay now.

No specific answer from Apple other than Jobs decided against it.

Cost.

It's much more expensive to do a live broadcast than a delayed broadcast. There is no real benefit for them to do the live broadcast. You can just watch the Apple site and everything will show up during the keynote and you can just watch it later.

Wondering if this really is a money issue and not paranoia on the part of Steve. If it's money then this may also be the last time Apple participates at MWSF. They have already pulled out of NY/Boston.
