I am altering the topic of this thread. I noticed when I bought my sister an iPod at the SoHo store last week that the receipt lists an interesting policy - in the event of a price drop on an item within 14 days of your purchase, you can request a refund of the difference. I wonder whether this has any bearing on replacement products brought in at lower costs. Like, if a hypothetical 20GB iPod 5G suddenly costs $200, can I get the discount if my hypothetical 20GB iPod 4G cost $300? Anyway, I don't know how long this has been in place, but it was nice to see.

It's not mine. It's been around for a bit, and sort of a running gag when someone posts that the Apple store is down.
For you to now post that it's still up, that's a new thing.
