Same here.
I can't stand rap music. But I despise racists to my core being.
I can't tell you how often I hear someone make a racist Mexican comment. Then, I calmly tell them that I am half Mexican (don't really look it) they always say something like "You know I didn't mean anything bad or insulting to you." And I say "yes you did"
I pretty much keep them as far away from myself as possible. Actually, I do this when any racist comment is made about any race.
