Yeah. I recently posted a topic like this. Same idea, different name.
This one was a side-scrolling beat'em up game. Kinda -japanese/anima-esque, a lot like metal slug. I think it was a four player game with joy sticks and four buttons (white, red, blue, yellow?). I remember the character's head were disproportional to their bodies. It was very fun too.
