Well, I've got an exam tomorrow of this course called "Introduction to European Literature and Culture before 1800". Now the thing is, I underestimated this a bit and I will never get more than 5/20 or so. Any tips on how to handle the situation tomorrow ? THe only thing I can do is thouroughly read all the introductory parts of each chapter. No way in hell I'm going to be able to learn +200 pages. Studying during the night is not an option, I can't go without sleep and my brain stops working after 10PM.

Have a friend break your leg with a bat. That'll give you at least a few days slack from your professor. When he/she asks how your leg was broken, you might consider embellishing the story a bit though.

Well, the first thing is to quit posting here and checking any posts in the Lounge.

Good luck on the test.

The introduction stuff is almost always worthless and rarely do test questions pertain to it. Unless the class is really easy.

200 pages might be too much, but 130 or so might be doable in that amount of time. I would just study really hard on most of the stuff and use flashcards extensively.

If you have a study guide, however, 200 should be doable.

Edit: Written exam? As in, all essay questions? If you do not have the questions before hand, then you are likely screwed. I would drop that class.
Genius. You know who.

You can do 200 pages in under 6 hours. No sweat.

1st pass: make liberal use of a hi-liter pen
2nd pass: jot down written notes chronologically regarding as much of everything you highlighted
3rd pass: divide your notes into the course themes (politics, literature, philosophy, and whatever)

Then try to remember your notes.

Find shady drug dealer on campus.

Buy a 30mg Adderrall XR

Read 200 pages twice over and do well on test.

Since you're in Europe, by the time I'm writing this, it will already be test day. So, it wont matter anyway.

Okay... my bad on the test day thang, but last I checked, Belgium was in Europe. And my advice still holds. Either way, he wont care if he is passed out, either before or after the exam.

Back for an update
I did a few pages but the chance that I'll have questions about those is pretty slim.
1 essay question and 2 other types don't know what or how.
No thing as dropping classes over here. All classes are required, dropping classes doesn't exist in Europa AFAIK.

Adderrall is a nice blend of 4 Amphetamines, and students get whole bottles prescribed to them.

True Story from last semester.

On the first day of exam period, someone called 911 and said there was a bomb at my university. All exams were cancelled until further notice.

Nothing was found...
