I just finished cleaning out a bunch of old computer junk in my basement and this caught my eye. It's an old Macintosh 128k logic board with a really old socketed processor and memory chips. I did a double take when I looked at the serial number, LB473000000701. Is this board made in the 47th week of 1983, number 701 Check out the two pics I snapped of it, if it really is that old I can't believe it

You'd probably find a buyer on the Lowendmac swap list.

Do I see an AMD logo on one of the roachies on the upper picture?

Yup, Apple has used many AMD chips. I see them all the time in my classic Macs. Anybody know what the AMD chips did?
