Yes, blue eyes are rare, but not impossible. She could be only half Lebanese, and get her blue eyes from her other side. Also, don't rule out the possibility of contacts.
Amazingly, my 15 year old sister looks almost just like her. She's half-Lebanese herself, along with myself and my other 2 siblings. Beautiful people are born when you mix ethnicity and different cultural backgrounds.
I myself have olive green eyes, but I'm not sure if that's from my mom (American) or my dad (Lebanese). They were brown until about 5 years ago, when I was going through puberty. Yes, I'm still young - 18.

Never worry about jumping in to defend a lady .... I did that last week. I took a slight beating (not before I dished one out though) ... I didn't know the girl, just knew right from wrong. (It was a racial thing).
