So this will be the first time that I see the President in HD. Regardless of what one thinks of the President or the current administration, I remember my grandparents saying they used to listen to the President on the radio and then the first time they saw him on a B&W TV. My parents talked about the first time they saw him on a Color TV. And now my generation will be able to tell my Kids, Pres. Bush's Second Term was the first time I saw a President in HD.
While it may not seem like that big of a deal, our kids will look back at SD and ask us how we EVER watched television.
