On a design note, I took a quick look at your code and it looks like yuor main layout table is a fixed width of 900 pixels. This means on 800 x 600 resolution screens (which still make up about 40% or so of monitors out there) that there will be side to side scrolling... ugh!
If you have to use tables for layout, you could make them dynamic with a width stated in % instead of fixed width.

Not to mention Safari's default 800px width. (sure, you can maximize the window to fit it to the site, but that's an extra step)
